Every piece is printed just for you, so here's what happens after you order and how to follow it to your door.
1. Printed to order
Your order goes to print right after you check out. Printing takes 2–7 business days, then delivery typically takes 3–10 business days. All in, most orders arrive within 5–17 business days.
2. Watch your email
When your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number and the carrier's name. It goes to the email address you used at checkout. Don't see it? Check your spam or promotions folder.
3. Track it
Copy the tracking number from your email, then open the carrier named in that email:
Shipped by DHL? DHL often hands packages to USPS for the final delivery, so if DHL tracking stops updating, try the same number on USPS. Tracking can take a day or two to show movement after you get the email.
4. Not there yet?
Email [email protected] with your order number if:
- it's been 7 business days and you haven't gotten a shipping email
- it's been more than 17 business days since you ordered
- tracking says delivered, but it isn't there
