Returns and refunds

Refund & Return Policy

All Third Eye Goliath products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Because each item is printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color preference, or "changed my mind" reasons.

We will replace or refund any item that arrives:

• Damaged or defective
• Misprinted (wrong design, size, or color from what you ordered)
• Lost in transit (confirmed with the carrier)

To request a replacement or refund, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll get a replacement out or issue a refund once the issue is confirmed — no need to ship the item back unless we ask.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
